Thanks to its aging in former sherry casks, the 12-year-old Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky develops a balanced, smoky character. Highland Park is Scotland’s northernmost distillery. In 1798, Magnus Eunson began illicit distilling here. In 1825, Robert Borwick built the distillery and received a license in 1826.
