Gammel Dansk Halvbitter is, as the name suggests, only half as bitter as its older sibling. It offers a new way to enjoy Gammel Dansk, because, as the name might imply, we have toned down the bitterness a bit, while still holding on to the philosophy that a shot should have a bit of a bite. That’s why we have updated the old recipe and created a Halvbitter for those who aren’t quite ready for the intense bitterness of the original, but still want to feel alive.
