Kaniche XO is a rum from Barbados, crafted by Maison Ferrand. After undergoing tropical maturation in bourbon barrels in Barbados, it is transported to Cognac and aged in cognac casks. The bourbon barrels provide sweetness and vanilla notes while the cognac casks add depth and complexity.
