Both the Indian barley and the Scottish Peated barley are distilled and matured separately for over four years and then blended in a proportion to reflect a very light character of the peat. Married into the bourbon casks for over three months in the climes of the subcontinent. The result is rather fascinating. It is neither coloured nor chill filtered.
