Black Tot Historic Solera Rum is the newest project of Elixir Distillers. Elixir distillers is famous for buying the last remnants of the old Navy rum, issued officially to the British navy, and bottling it under the Black Tot label. This rum undergoes aging in sherry casks. Not the usual seasoned sherry casks, that we often see, which have only held sherry for a couple of years. The casks used for this are true solera casks, which have been containing sherry for 50-70 years.

Molasses rum from Guyana, Barbados and Jamaica, water. No sugar added and no flavourings according to producer information.
