Carlsberg Elephant is a so-called bock beer and was first brewed in 1959. It has a wine-like, fruity character with notes of apple, melon, banana and caramel, balanced by a dry bitterness. You can also detect hints of oak,

bark, nuts and pine needles. It has a pale golden colour with a white head. Enjoy it with hearty dishes and rich foods such as yellow peas, roast duck or fried eel.
