Citadelle is the first gin distilled in copper stills from the Cognac region. Its progressive infusion method is also unprecedented: it consists of adding each of the 19 aromatics in the recipe at different times during a maceration that takes place over 4 days, while progressively reducing the alcohol content. The work of a true craftsman, the aim of which is to preserve the qualities and capture the ultimate flavour of each berry, each spice and each citrus fruit.
