Citadelle no mistake is an Old Tom gin, which is a style of gin where gin is infused with sugar. Citadelle takes this to the extreme with their own special sugar blend, consisting of thick demerara sugar, which is toasted and mixed with a small amount of neutral alcohol. The mixture is then aged in barrels for a couple of months before being blended with Citadelle Gin to create this marvolous Old Tom Gin.
