Marolo la bussianella is a structured single-vineyard grappa. Single vineyard grappa´s are quite rare and Marolo was one of the first producers to make one. This comes from a vineyard with grapes of the Freisa variety, which belongs to the famous Barolo producer Aldo Conterno. Complex and dry in flavor with notes of mature fruit, flowers and herbs.
