Despite its English name, this beer is clearly inspired by the typical Nordic Christmas. It is fermented an extra time in a tank where prune juice is added. This makes the beer even more round, fruity and Christmassy. The taste experience is sweet, and the aroma is toasted with hints of orange, lemon, cinnamon and licorice. With its dark color and beautiful foam, it stands out beautifully.
