Yakima IPA is an orange-gold West Coast IPA with a subtle hoppy note resulting from generous dry hopping. The aroma is fresh and tropical, with notes of sweet melon, grapefruit and papaya on a solid malt base. The beer has a

fresh body with a pleasantly tart hoppy bitterness and a long-lasting finish. An excellent beer to accompany barbecued dishes, fried fish and, last but not least, spicy pork, as is common in Asia.
