Unlike the rest of the Kaniche series, the Kaniche perfeccion comes from Panama. A lighter and less sweeter rum than it´s Barbadian counterparts, this has more spices and depth. Still undergoing the signature double maturation of tropical in bourbon barrels and continental in cognac casks.
