Kaniche reserve is an artisanal rum from Barbados, crafted by rum specialists, which undergoes double maturation. First in American oak barrels, which previously held bourbon. These barrels give notes of vanilla and a smooth texture. Afterwards it is moved to France and aged in cognac casks, delivering depth and complexity.
