Attractive salmon pink in colour. Lifted nose of red berries and cherry. Medium body on the palate with ripe strawberry flavours, finishing cleanly with a hint of white pepper spice. Ideal on its own as an aperitif or a perfect match with cured meats or a spicy Asian-style salad.
