Brolio is produced from grapes grown on the five most representative soils of the estate. It is aged for 9 months in used oak tonneaux (500 L), followed by an additional 3 months in bottle before release. The wine shows aromas of red fruit and cherry, with a soft and balanced palate, smooth tannins, and a pleasant, persistent finish.
