CeniPrimo is one of the three single-vineyard wines produced by Ricasoli. Located at 300 meters above sea level in the Arbia River valley, the vineyard sits on an ancient river terrace with silty soils, low stone content, and the presence of clay and small amounts of limestone, with low organic matter. The wine shows a complex nose of ripe fruit, violet, spice, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is elegant and full-bodied, with vibrant acidity, refined tannins, and a long, persistent finish.
