Valpolicella dates back to Roman times and is located in the Veneto region in northeastern Italy. The wines are primarily made from local grape varieties such as Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Molinara, which give them body and character. All Speri wines are produced in Valpolicella Classico, the original core of the region, where cool mountain breezes and the warmth of Lake Garda create ideal conditions. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently vinified to ensure optimal quality.
