The Broken Barrel is an American small-batch bourbon whiskey that is finished using an innovative "Oak Bill" process. After traditional aging, the bourbon gains additional character from selected staves of French oak, ex-bourbon barrels, and sherry barrels. This results in a particularly complex flavor profile with fruity, spicy, and sweet notes.
