A powerful yet elegant wine, with a quite full-body even for a Pinot Noir. Luxurious notes of strawberries, wild strawberries, sandalwood, and nougat. The great thing about Pinot Noir is that it pairs well with almost any food—just as good with grilled salmon and new potatoes as with entrecôte and béarnaise sauce. Naturally, it is also excellent with good company and a cheese and charcuterie board.
