A contemporary wine that speaks to us of the history of the monks who began developing winegrowing techniques in the rugged land of the Priorat. We are one of the few wineries to produce high-end wines containing a significant percentage of Cariñena, which gives the wine excellent structure and acidity. The grapes for Salmos blend come from two different states. El Lloar and Porrera. Porrera presents a colder climate and El Lloar is warmer.

Dark ruby red. Rich, ripe wine with floral (confected rose) and fruit (dark cherries, prunes) aromas. Beautifully framed by French oak. Elegant, subtle midpalate, very finely structured tannins and a slight touch of toast (cocoa). Serving Suggestions: With game and red meats. Serve between 16-18°C.
