A contemporary wine that speaks to us of the history of the monks who began developing winegrowing techniques in the rugged land of the Priorat. We are one of the few wineries to produce high-end wines containing a significant percentage of Cariñena, which gives the wine excellent structure and acidity. The grapes for Salmos blend come from two different states. El Lloar and Porrera. Porrera presents a colder climate and El Lloar is warmer.

Mörkt rubinrött. Ett fylligt, moget vin med arom av blommor (konfekterad ros) och frukt (mörka körsbär, katrinplommon). Vackert inramad i fransk ek. Elegant, diskret smak, mycket fint strukturerade tanniner och en aning rostade toner (kakao). Serveringsförslag: Till vilt och rött kött. Servera vid 16–18 °C.
