Citadelle gin rouge is a French gin distilled at Maison Bonbonnet in Cognac. The gin itself is clear as most gin are, but when you smell it, you will immediately understand where the rouge part comes from. Aromas of rhubarb, raspberry, blackberry and cranberries burst out of the bottle. These aromas are all natural and the result of the infusion of copious amounts of rhubarb and berries during distillation.
