A pale golden colour, with a complex bouquet featuring floral notes and ripe fruits such as apple, pear, apricot and peach. Subtle hints of honey and almond. Medium-bodied, fruity and sweet with delicate acidity and a long, pleasant finish, with a hint of smokiness. Serve chilled. Ideal on its own as an aperitif or digestif, in a Port and tonic, or with desserts, chocolate, nuts and pastries.
