Wine obtained by a careful selection of the most suitable vineyards in Sambuca di Sicilia, to make a wine of incomparable quality. After choosing the vineyards and having vinified the grapes separately, one of the wines stood out so clearly that the winemakers all agreed that any comparison with other wines would have been a pointless struggle.
