Casalforte Collezione Campistorti is a structured and elegant wine with good concentration. Intense flavors of blueberries, cherries, blackberries, and chocolate, with pleasant spicy hints of clove and vanilla. The wine is mainly aged in stainless steel tanks and partly in large oak barrels. Soft tannins make it ideal with pasta in flavorful sauces, grilled red meat, and aged cheeses.
