An assemblage of the original 35 year old vatting from 2016 (bourbon barrels, 30 year old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts and 1970 Port Colheita pipes) and 1979 spirit from The Dalmore matured in 30 years old Matusalem oloroso sherry butts. The two were blended together and left to marry in first fill bourbon barrels.
