Prunottos vingårdar sträcker sig över ett område på cirka 120 engelska tunnland i regionen Langhe och Monferrato och är uppdelade i små jordlotter som består av enskilda crus, där man producerar fantastiska röda viner.

Ruby red in colour with purple highlights, grapey in aroma with floral (roses) and spicy notes from the aging in oak, full and balanced in flavour. A very versatile wine, its roundness and suppleness make it an excellent match with a wide range of dishes, such as the traditional fried meats and vegetables and the pot-au-feu of Piedmont. It is best drunk at a temperature of 16°C.
