Vin Santo is a wine that pays tribute to tradition. The grapes come from well-drained alluvial soils that retain freshness, helping preserve acidity even at full ripeness. Carefully hand-harvested, they are dried for several months in the vinsantaia. The wine is then aged for over 9 years in small caratelli (traditional barrels for Vin Santo). Vin Santo di Brolio shows rich aromas of honey, dates, and dried fruit, balanced by vibrant acidity and a warm, enveloping palate.
