Betaling og Returnering FAQ

I BorderShop kan du betale med danske kroner og euro.

Euro: Vær opmærksom på, at vi ikke tager imod 500-eurosedler.
Tilbagebetaling sker i danske kroner eller i euro.

Desværre er det ikke muligt at veksle penge i BorderShop.

I BorderShop kan du betale med Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard direct debit, Maestro, American Express, V PAY, JBC, Diners og EC-Girocard (pinkode skal altid anvendes).

Beløbsgrænsen afhænger af aftalen mellem kortholder og kortudbyder.

Rostock:
Online orders can be paid for at the in-store checkout. These are located in the main store. In addition, there is a self-checkout counter in the warehouse, where card payments are possible.

Puttgarden:
Online orders are generally paid for by card at the self-checkout counter. These are located in the main shop and in the warehouse. If you’d like to pay in cash (EUR or DKK), this can be done in the main shop at a dedicated webshop checkout.

How to use the self-checkout counter?

  • scan weborder code
  • pay by credit card
  • take all receipts (sales receipt, credit card receipt, pick up receipt and, if declared, export declaration receipt)

It is always a good idea to check your receipt to see if you have received all the items you paid for.

Returns

Receipts must be checked BEFORE leaving the store, as subsequent complaints will not be possible.

Yes, goods can be exchanged within 14 days, provided that the packaging is unbroken and the receipt is available.
