At BorderShop, you can pay with Danish kroner and euros.
Euros: Please note that we do not accept 500 euro notes.
Refunds are made in Danish kroner or euros.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange money at BorderShop.

At BorderShop, you can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Visa, MasterCard, MasterCard direct debit, Maestro, American Express, V PAY, JBC, Diners, and EC-Girocard (PIN code must always be used).
The amount limit depends on the agreement between the cardholder and the card provider.

You pay for your pre-order in Germany when you arrive at BorderShop and pick up your goods.
You can only pay for your pre-order in Germany due to customs regulations.
Rostock:
Online orders can be paid for at the in-store checkout. These are located in the main store.
In addition, there is a self-checkout counter in the warehouse, where card payments are possible.
Puttgarden:
Online orders are generally paid for by card at the self-checkout counter. These are located in the main shop and in the warehouse.
If you’d like to pay in cash (EUR or DKK), this can be done in the main shop at a dedicated webshop checkout.
How to use the self-checkout counter?
- scan weborder code
- pay by credit card
- take all receipts (sales receipt, credit card receipt, pick up receipt and, if declared, export declaration receipt)
